Each piece is handmade by Ella after purchase, reflecting our commitment to sustainability by reducing excess production and waste. Lead times range from 5 to 35 days, depending on demand, and you’ll be notified of the estimated timeline and shipping details after ordering. Full payment is required at checkout, with complimentary shipping.

As a one-woman studio, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or material shortages. If so, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Your patience and understanding are truly appreciated as we work to deliver high-quality pieces with care and transparency.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each piece is meticulously handmade to order by Ella. Due to the nature of handmade production, minor variations may occur from product to product. These variations are not faults but rather the unique characteristics of buying handmade. We celebrate the individuality of each piece crafted with care.

FAULTY ITEMS

If, by any unforeseen circumstance, you receive your order and discover a genuine fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will happily arrange an exchange for you. Please contact us and we’ll assist you with the process.

CHANGE OF MIND

As each EV piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. This helps us reduce waste and stay true to our sustainable values. We appreciate your support of mindful production.

If your item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer a size exchange, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

CUSTOM ORDERS & SIZING

We proudly offer custom sizing beyond our standard AU 6–12 range. To request a custom size, please contact us and we will be happy to guide you through the process.

Custom orders are final sale and may incur additional costs due to extra time, materials, and labour. We’ll always provide a clear cost breakdown before confirming your order.

All EV pieces are made to order, with a lead time of 5 to 35 days.

Shipping Method

Standard shipping is complimentary and included with all orders under 1kg. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post, and each order will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Please note that while Express Shipping is available for an additional cost, it does not alter the lead time for production.

  • In the event of incorrect details provided during checkout resulting in the return of the order, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees incurred.

ORDER INFORMATION FOR WHOLESALE STOCKISTS

We offer a sustainable, made-to-order wholesale model tailored to your store’s needs. Stockists can pre-select styles, colours, and sizes, with a 50% deposit required to confirm the order. Each piece is handmade and completed within 35 days, with the remaining balance due on delivery.
